The 70% chocolate bar is richly topped with a layer of delicious raspberries. The cocoa from the Caribbean islands of St. Vincent & The Grenadines combines perfectly with the fruity taste of the raspberries. A heavenly flavour combination!

The beans are roasted at medium temperature, making sure all the flavours end up in the chocolate bar.

Bean-to-bar chocolate distinguishes itself by keeping the bean in the centre of the chocolate. The vintage, region and farm where the beans come from determine the taste of the chocolate, just like with wine or coffee, and you can taste it!
