Hair type: Normal to dry hair
This shampoo bar consists largely of coconut oil. Coconut oil is a fantastic cleaner and also provides a lot of foam. Coconut milk makes the soap wonderfully creamy and the soap also contains mango butter and apricot kernel oil. These are all ingredients that care for your hair and give it a natural boost. The scent is a blend of Patchouli, Bergamot, Rosemary, and Peppermint.
REGULAR SHAMPOO VS. NATURAL SHAMPOO
If you used to wash your hair with regular shampoo in the past, you may not be immediately satisfied with the natural alternative after the first wash. This is because your hair has become accustomed to silicones that are present in regular shampoos. Silicones put a layer over your hair, making it feel smooth and shiny, but at the same time, it closes your hair and has no chance to breathe. Natural hair soap washes this silicone from your hair and before it has completely disappeared your hair can feel greasy. Therefore, give your hair and scalp a chance to “kick-off” from regular shampoo for two weeks and ensure that it can regain its natural function. After this, your hair will look healthy, full and radiant! If you are still not convinced after two weeks, you can still use it as body soap because it contains many delicious and nourishing ingredients for the skin.
A great way to help you along is making your own ACV Hair Rinse, which gently cleanses the scalp and conditions your hair. It removes build-up and impurities from the hair, increases softness and shine, and restores the natural pH balance of your scalp.
HOW TO USE
Wet the shampoo bar in the shower and rub into your hair. Get your hair nice and foamy, massage your scalp with the foam of the soap and rinse clean.
